Lend a Hand!
In order for the Women’s Walk to be successful, the
event needs help from local businesses and corporations.
Sponsors can help by providing prizes for the
participants and helping finance the event. See the box below for other
ways you and your business can become involved with the Women’s Walk.
Corporate Sponsors Still Needed, Help the Walk The Loper
Women’s Walk is still looking for corporate sponsors to help with the
success of the event. The more sponsors that help offset the costs of
the Walk, the more money raised that can be put towards athletic
scholarships. Several local companies have already gotten
involved. These companies include Chartwell’s, UNK Publication Services
and Riddle’s Jewelry. Sponsors can get involved by donating cash or
prizes to the Women’s Walk.
Different levels of
sponsorship are available from the $10,000 Platinum Level to the $250
Red Level. With sponsorship companies will gain great exposure for their
business. Sponsors’ logos will be placed in Women’s Walk publications,
mentioned in broadcasts, and be seen on-site at the event.
